ENGAGE Lifesaving Solutions was born from my commitment to the health and safety of families and the communities where they live, work and play. My goal is to use the experience I have gained from 7 years in the United States Marine Corps and over 30 years in the Emergency Medical and Fire services to train and equip people to save lives. My career in EMS and Fire has included positions as a Firefighter Paramedic, Technical Rescue and Hazmat technician, Training Chief, and Battalion Chief with the Henderson Fire Department. My professional experiences have equipped me to not only provide technical training, but also allows for consultation in the areas of building healthy teams and leadership.
